Matt Edwards is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of Musical Theatre Voice Training at Shenandoah Conservatory where he also serves as Artistic Director of the CCM Institute. Twenty years ago he started coaching students for college musical theatre auditions and today he works on a colleges admissions team that manages well over 1,000 auditions per year. He has appeared on numerous podcasts and at many conferences talking about college auditions and continues to support teachers in helping their students navigate the process. Edwards current and former students can be found on Broadway, off-Broadway, on national and international tours, and regional theatres throughout the United States.

Holly Johnson is a Virginia based Independent Educational Consultant.  After a Bachelor of Music Education, Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership, and 10 years in formal college admissions she began her own business, Holly Johnson LLC, in 2021 to pursue her passion for helping families navigate and understand the college admissions process.

While she works with students with a vast array of collegiate goals and majors, she is  uniquely experienced with students wanting to pursue the performing arts, specifically musical theatre. She assists students with application deadline management, prescreen submission, supplemental essays, financial aid and more.
