How to get to Winchester
Shenandoah University is about 75 miles west of Washington, D.C., and one hour from Dulles International Airport. Dulles is the only airport that is appropriate for travel to our Institute, as the other airports are much further away. Union Station in Washington DC is the train station that one generally chooses as the end destination point by train. We are not able to provide shuttle service from Union Station.

The actual cost for a one-way ride from Dulles airport is $155 per person. We understand that cost is quite high and have made the decision to subsidize that cost so that we can offer you a shuttle service at a more reasonable price of $130 each way for this service.
